LINE invoices

Suppliers or staff can submit invoices by messaging SnapIt’s LINE Official Account. SnapIt identifies your workspace from the LINE chat you linked in Settings. Supported attachments: JPG, PNG, PDF. One-to-one chats only. Files must be 20 MB or smaller.

For senders

1

Add SnapIt’s Official Account

Add the account shown in your workspace under Settings → LINE.
2

Send from a linked chat

The 1:1 chat must be verified in that workspace first.
3

Send a photo or PDF

Attach a clear image or PDF of the invoice.
4

Wait for confirmation

Immediate verification and unsupported-file replies use the LINE Reply API. Extraction success and needs-review notifications are asynchronous and use the Push API after the reply token expires.
If the chat is not linked to a workspace, SnapIt still accepts up to 5 invoices from that sender/chat. The sixth is ignored. Accepted unknown-sender invoices receive a public view link and remain unassigned until a platform administrator assigns them or the chat is verified.

For workspace owners

  1. Open Settings → LINE.
  2. Click Link LINE and copy the SNAP-XXXX code.
  3. From the 1:1 chat, send that code to the Official Account.
  4. Open Invoices — LINE-sourced invoices appear alongside web uploads, WhatsApp, email, and Telegram.
Credits still apply when a linked sender’s file is accepted for processing. Adding, regenerating, or removing linked chats requires the workspace owner. A pending link is shown as Waiting, verification codes expire after 30 minutes, and Settings polls until the link becomes Verified. Only one-to-one chats are processed; external image URLs are rejected, so send native LINE image or file messages. LINE files must be 20 MB or smaller. Push notifications count against the Official Account monthly quota; Reply API messages do not. The feature is disabled until LINE_ENABLED and the channel credentials are configured by an operator.

What you do not set up yourself

The channel secret, access token, and webhook URL are operator steps.
For operators: Messaging API setup and env vars (LINE_*) are documented in docs/line-setup.md.
