SnapIt extracts invoice data from PDFs and images using a tiered AI pipeline. Your team uploads invoices, reviews the extracted fields, matches purchase orders, and exports results to Excel, CSV, or JSON.

What you can do with SnapIt

• Upload invoices as PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG files from the web app or the programmatic API.
• Review extractions in the dashboard. Invoices that fail extraction land in a Needs Attention queue for human review.
• Work as a team with owner, reviewer, and viewer roles. Owners invite teammates by email.
• Pay with credits. New workspaces start with welcome credits, and each processed invoice deducts from your balance.
• Integrate programmatically with API keys and the /api/v1 endpoints.
